Basic Training

3 months bodybuinding training for beginners. It is a free hand training withour instrument. In this 3 months I will teach you free hand exercise. It will prepare your body for next level weight lilfting exercise. 

Weight Training

This is an enter mediate training level. In this level you will gain prefect weight for your body and peoper nutrition. This fitness will make you healtheir and stronger. This is 6 months training program. 

Body fit training

This is the last step of body building training program. In this step you can have 3,4 or 6 pack body and healthy lilfestyle guidence. This program will change your life and thinking about health and body.
